Revision history for Coro::MP

	- fix syncal and peval_async documentation (reported by Vitaliy).
        - adapted to AnyEvent::MP 2.0 internals.
        - "localise" $SELF form inside a new thread, not from the outside,
          in case $SELf was localised when the thread was created.
