 TODO: should explore PerlIO::via::CoroCede and PerlIO::via::CoroAIO.
 TODO: maybe implement a default message channel, very much like Erlang
       (which is cool in a lot of important aspects (failures!),
       but very lacking in others (higher level ipc)).
