22 - OpenCL 1.1 is now effectively feature complete.
23 - work around a bug in the nvidia implementation, where build fails with
24 INVALID_BINARY if the compiler runs succesfully but ptxas fails.
25 - explicitly check for 0 size dimensions in nd_range_kernel, as nvidia
26 crashes (and OpenCL probably allows this behaviour).
27 - actually report clSetKernelArg errors in ("OpenCL::Kernel::setf.
28 - setf properly can now properly set local arguments ('z').
29 - using undef to pass null memory buffers now works in set_xxx.

31 - fix/improve/balance gl sharing example.
