simply ran cfarch-normalize on all arches

- ehrm, _really_ slow down this time
- adjust first deep_sea face to result in a more pleasant animation
  (when randomising, you really see when faces slightly differ in colour)

- removed speed from sea_nw etc. because it is not animated
  (could somebody please check)
- slowed down deep_sea and sea, saves bandwidth and cpu processing
  and due to the randomising actually looks nicer, imho.
