581Repopulated by Lord Butakis, this land is a unique region of lakes, rivers and the sea.
582Changes, both natural and unnatural, had drastically transformed the landscape of
583this area. Rivers had been diverted, lakes were drained, and the sea had reseeded -
584only to have all this undone or remade through a catastrophic flood a decade later.
585As a result of this devastation, one needs to recognize the hardship and sorrow
586that has been a burden on this land. Many lives have been lost, several graves -
587marked and unmarked fill area. Rumors that the fog, which covers the land, is a
588testament of the grief and anguish experienced by the first settlers has drawn
589those brave enough to face such superstition. Another interest of lore is the

911nearby tavern, miners will be back at their post the following day. Something has
912changed though, just as the hamlet was about to prosper, the trade roads leading
913to it fell under siege from bandits. The merchant trade contracts have defaulted;
914the roads are too risky and unsafe. The forces of Lord Marksel have seen the
915tide of battle tip away from their favor. Their hope dims with each passing day.

960Wassar City is an underwater city, situated underneath the Navar continent. It was mainly
961inhabited by the creatures of water, but recently its entrance has been discovered and some
962overground inhabitants have moved in. The water creatures are known for their dislike and

964they are a citizen. This does not hold true for members of the government, however they do
