The prices for apartments are stated per hour of you staying in this plane
of existence. That means when you use one of those special beds that make
people go away for long times we will not charge you.

Be assured that due to recent, uh, changes to our company magician, we can
now charge you with subsecond accuracy.

In addition to these hourly fees, there are also taxes and a one-time
entrance fee. We expect that a person of your standing has no problems in
paying it.

@match taxes
The King of Scorn, may he be blessed, requires a ground tax to be paid by
inhabitants. Although it is very low, it is unfortunately charged even
if you are not in this plane of existence. And, well, the king, for some
reason, charges experienced people much more than inexperienced ones. A
pity these taxes are, but we cannot avoid them.

H<The tax is one silver per player level per hour, even if you are logged out,
up to a maximum of thirty days>
