16 - change floorbox item ordering to enable more efficient protocol and to
17 stay in sync with the 0.9971 client update which also reverses ordering.
18 - bugfix: the jumping skill now gives experience for jumping
19 and for attacking monsters. it also takes about one second to do a jump.

21 - bugfix: correctly send the client a del_spell when a spell gets removed.

82 - completely automate the item add/delete on remove/insert. this should fix
83 all "ghost" item bugs caused by sloppy coding, as sloppy coding is now correct :)

86 - reloading archetypes while a user was in the character creation phase

88 - fix a nontrivial number of cases of code commented similar
