5 - removed all command line parsing, only env variables are supported
6 anymore.
7 - region-specific monsters will now once more be on the worldmap.
8 - fix a disastrous "memleak" where temporary memory allocations

10 - server now writes a pidfile and makes sure its alter ego is killed.
11 - fixed a double-escaping bug in the pod-parser.
12 - rewrote the cfpod parser in C++.
13 - hintmode moved to C++, players need to re-set their hintmode if

16 - bump login name length from 18 to 20 char max.

24 - make sure Compress::LZF acquires the storable lock, might fix some

26 - tweak coredumping/monitoring a bit.
27 - completely redid server initialisation to hopefully avoid rare races.
28 - do not crash in the loader when an inventory object could not be loaded
29 (from a corrupted file).
30 - redid skills command to send output to proper channel.
31 - object->map is no longer refcounting.
32 - add FLAG_DEBUG for internal debugging.
33 - add NDI_VERBATIM flag to send_msg.
34 - add perl backtraces to logBacktrace-initiated backtraces.
35 - player->exists is no longer a sync_job.
