188 server hot cache throughput for faces from ~24000 to ~18000 requests/s
189 on my system. this should make it possible to add a lot more media files
190 in the future, and reduces the memory footprint by the server from 180mb
191 to 60mb ram.
192 - create food/missile will now fail when the mapspace limits are exceeded.
193 - pod processing could deadlock because the child process might try

195 - removed support for ncom packets.

209 - change dm hiding - hidden status is no longer respected by spells etc.,
