27 - removed all command line parsing, only env variables are supported

29 - region-specific monsters will now once more be on the worldmap.
30 - fix a disastrous "memleak" where temporary memory allocations

32 - server now writes a pidfile and makes sure its alter ego is killed.
33 - fixed a double-escaping bug in the pod-parser.
34 - rewrote the cfpod parser in C++.
35 - hintmode moved to C++, players need to re-set their hintmode if

38 - bump login name length from 18 to 20 char max.
