55 - fix the "screen stays black on login" bug and remove debug instrumentation

57 - split outer_env into outer_env and outer_env_self, and fix
58 all callers to use either one or the other, as appropriate. This
59 fixes the (rather fragile) light spell, maybe others.
60 - fixed an overflow and exploit in the bank/payment code.
61 - fixed a bug in the jeweler quest and added the 'Tome of Jewelery'
62 to explain the skill a bit more.
63 - removed a buggy check for zero attacktype. So that we might find
64 the real bugs in the archs/maps/objects.

115 - fixed bug in alchemy, where finding the right object for enhancements
116 didn't work.
117 - aggressively merge spell effects and do not allow more than 5 spell
118 effects (w.r.t. put_more) per mapspace, to give the server a chance
119 to survive a hundred deathsheads.
120 - correctly clear op->env when inserting onto map, this was a potentially
121 disastrous bug of unfortunately unknown proportions...
122 - fix cone-spell symmetry that was broken for direction 8.
123 - use gender-neutral place descriptions for invite.
124 - (arch) new faces for alchemist class, wizard class and quetzalcoatl race.
