119 - fix the "screen stays black on login" bug and remove debug instrumentation

121 - split outer_env into outer_env and outer_env_self, and fix
122 all callers to use either one or the other, as appropriate. This
123 fixes the (rather fragile) light spell, maybe others.
124 - fixed an overflow and exploit in the bank/payment code.
125 - fixed a bug in the jeweler quest and added the 'Tome of Jewelery'
126 to explain the skill a bit more.
127 - removed a buggy check for zero attacktype. So that we might find
128 the real bugs in the archs/maps/objects.
129 - Fixed enabling torches with lighters.
