52 - IO::AIO chaged to using eventfd internally - updated server to not
53 freeze with IO::AIO anymore due this change.
54 - avoid a crash when a player tries to apply a lighter.
55 - allow a spell argument for dimension door.
56 - move shop item listing and some otherstuff into the info tab.
57 - avoid crashes when non-players cast party spells.
58 - fix a crash in get_spell_by_name (for learn_spell).
