97 all callers to use either one or the other, as appropriate. This
98 fixes the (rather fragile) light spell, maybe others.
99 - fixed an overflow and exploit in the bank/payment code.
100 - fixed a bug in the jeweler quest and added the 'Tome of Jewelery'
101 to explain the skill a bit more.
102 - removed a buggy check for zero attacktype. So that we might find
103 the real bugs in the archs/maps/objects.
104 - Fixed enabling torches with lighters.
