58 - fixed a classical and exploitable stack buffer overflow in the gsay command.
59 - fix a memory buffer overflow in the book code.
60 - add @check, @find npc dialogue commands.
61 - (maps) add a number of town interiors.
62 - (maps) add tindervale the fireborn capitol from cfextended.
63 - (maps) add celvear area from cfextended.
64 - (server,arch) add a number of inscribables, show their capacity in hint.
65 - (server,maps) fix bug causing some library books not to be chained down,
66 cause Scorn/Navar libraries not to have inscribable books.

107 - fix a number of bugs in check_move_on: 1) it didn't update the flags

150 - fix the "screen stays black on login" bug and remove debug instrumentation

152 - split outer_env into outer_env and outer_env_self, and fix
153 all callers to use either one or the other, as appropriate. This
154 fixes the (rather fragile) light spell, maybe others.
155 - fixed an overflow and exploit in the bank/payment code.
156 - fixed a bug in the jeweler quest and added the 'Tome of Jewelery'
157 to explain the skill a bit more.
158 - removed a buggy check for zero attacktype. So that we might find
159 the real bugs in the archs/maps/objects.
160 - Fixed enabling torches with lighters.
