100 - split outer_env into outer_env and outer_env_self, and fix
101 all callers to use either one or the other, as appropriate. This
102 fixes the (rather fragile) light spell, maybe others.
103 - fixed an overflow and exploit in the bank/payment code.
104 - fixed a bug in the jeweler quest and added the 'Tome of Jewelery'
105 to explain the skill a bit more.
106 - removed a buggy check for zero attacktype. So that we might find

163 - correctly clear op->env when inserting onto map, this was a potentially
164 disastrous bug of unfortunately unknown proportions...
