The mouse isn't a great way
to move your character.  It'll
work, but you'll be handicapped
unless you use the keyboard for
this.  However, the mouse has
the following inventory uses:

Middle button on item:  apply
or equip

Right button:  drop or pickup
item on ground

Left button: info on item
