Made server compile with C++. Removed cfanim plugin and crossedit. C++ here we come.
implement say in perl (as xsay currently) and add the necessary missing glue in the c part. also implement $player->reply for future uses

guessing now reports a price range, not a single price, when guessing.
Base reckoned prices on the true prices. The old code based the approximation on the shop price, which makes no sense at all, as guessing what the item might sell for in the shop is useless, as you get told the exact price anyways. Outisde a shop, it also makes no sense.
