Made server compile with C++. Removed cfanim plugin and crossedit. C++ here we come.
revert part of the trap patch because summon golem spells are broken and ugly to fix
100% cpu bug fixed 1. use_skill disarm could spring multiple traps 2. those were moved under the player 3. when activated again (by player movement) they would recursively spring again and again behaviour completely changed: 1. traps no longer move under the player when activated 2. instead, the outer env casts the spell 3. the spell is cast into the direction of the player unless the rune says otherwise.
