Added JSON loading code back into recent.content.php logic

A few more minor changes: centered the OS icon in the recent table and changed the page background color in the stylesheet.

Made a minor change to the CSS to make the table slightly darker against the lighter page background.  I also made a change to the table building code so that players who are online have their row shown in light green.  This provides a more convenient visual cue to show that they are online.

Accidently did the last commit in a child directory so it only updated one file.  This commit should add the rest of the files.
