Help for PKEY:

PKEY sets or views the fingerprint of your
DSA or RSA key. You should immediately
log in after changing this to update the
other stored security information. The
fingerprint can be entered as hexadecimal
with or without colons.

Syntax: PKEY <hash>

Examples:
    /msg &nick& PKEY 0123456789ABCDEF0123
    /msg &nick& PKEY 32:10:FE:DC:BA:98:76:54:32:10
    /msg &nick& PKEY
