	def facilityname facilitydescription
        	start a new facility definition

        defseq facilityname facilitydescription
        	start a new facilitiy definition that consist
                of other facilities

        defrl runlevelname
        	start a new runlevel definition

        add facilitystring
        	add the given facility to the given sequence or runlevel
                in runlevel definitions, a '@' prefix includes another
                runlevel with the given name
