16 - implemented intensityStyles option which enables/disables bold/blink
17 selecting high intensity foreground/background colours, suggested by
18 Chuck Blake.
19 - move iso14755 character feedback box out of the way if it would
20 obscure the mouse cursor position.
21 - replaced callback.h by a fixed version from gvpe that correctly
22 returns the callback result (affects new -pty-fd semantics in urxvtc
23 on a few architectures). Reported by darix.
24 - include one trailing space in rectangular selections to indicate
25 the inserted newline (yeah, weird, but visually more pleasing).
26 - try to use sched_yield to (drastically) improve terminal data
27 transfer efficiency.
28 - further minor cleanups.
