23 - use double-buffered drawing (xft fonts only). On many driver/hardware
24 combination this actually increases xft drawing speed, at the expense
25 of more network bandwidth and slight nausea on the side of the author.
26 - readline perl extension now requires shift-click instead of a normal
27 click, and eats the click.
28 - tabbed perl extension now supports -e.
29 - disabled graphics-exposures on the main drawing GC, report any
30 refresh bugs please.
31 - improve property handling for -pe tabbed: avoid unnecessary property
32 changes (for kde's benefit) at the expense of extra round-trips,

34 - modified XIM according to a patch sent by Takano Akio that sets

178 - setuid/setgid operation is now _encouraged_: security has been
179 improved by moving privileged operations into a separate process
180 and permanently dropping privileges within the terminal. This
181 makes it possible to remove security checks from the perl code
182 and gives a much safer feeling when urxvt needs to run with
183 special privileges.
184 - perl taint checking disabled, as urxvt no longer runs setuid/setgid

186 - new perl extension automove-background that can be used to get
187 the same effect as pseudo-transparency with any pixmap.

257 systems where non-unix ptys were used (such as most BSDs, not
258 GNU/Linux). (found, patched and debugged by Ryan Beasley).
259 - meta8 support was forcefully enabled in most configurations.
260 restored configurability of this (useless) feature (reported

262 - optionally embed a perl interpreter, which can be used for more
