88 - INCOMPATIBLE CHANGE: this version will always read ~/.Xdefaults,
89 earlier versions only read it if display-resources (usually from
90 .Xresources) are not set. This avoids the #1 FAQ ("why isn't my
91 resource used") and seems to be logical behaviour, too. .Xdefaults
92 resources have a lower priority than display-specific resources.
93 - add "kuake" perl extension that does a similar thing to the kuake
94 terminal emulator (see man urxtvperl).
95 - use less "correct" color scaling that is compatible with libX11 and
96 Xft (avoids off-by-one colors resulting in striped backgrounds).
97 - the "depth" resource is now respected.
98 - preset the searchable-scrollback pattern with "(?i)" to default search
99 to case-insensitivity. Will automatically be cleared when typing an
100 uppercase character.
101 - add FORCE_UNBUFFERED_XFT define to features.h.

130 combination this actually increases xft drawing speed, at the expense
131 of more network bandwidth and slight nausea on the side of the author.
132 - readline perl extension now requires shift-click instead of a normal
133 click, and eats the click.
134 - tabbed perl extension now supports -e.
135 - disabled graphics-exposures on the main drawing GC, report any
136 refresh bugs please.
137 - improve property handling for -pe tabbed: avoid unnecessary property

288 - setuid/setgid operation is now _encouraged_: security has been
289 improved by moving privileged operations into a separate process
290 and permanently dropping privileges within the terminal. This
291 makes it possible to remove security checks from the perl code
292 and gives a much safer feeling when urxvt needs to run with
293 special privileges.
294 - perl taint checking disabled, as urxvt no longer runs setuid/setgid

296 - new perl extension automove-background that can be used to get
297 the same effect as pseudo-transparency with any pixmap.

364 not correctly updated on the tty device and were left as
365 world-readable and world-writable (likely in original rxvt,
366 too), and were not restored properly. Affected are only
367 systems where non-unix ptys were used (such as most BSDs, not
368 GNU/Linux). (found, patched and debugged by Ryan Beasley).
369 - meta8 support was forcefully enabled in most configurations.
370 restored configurability of this (useless) feature (reported
371 by Mikachu).
372 - optionally embed a perl interpreter, which can be used for more
373 intelligent/customized selection support, visual feedback,
