34 - added a patch by WU Fengguang that makes the keyboard
35 highly configurable (e.g. locale changes, custom escape

89 - fix an extremely nasty bug in utf8-conversion. upgrade is advised.
90 - completely re-wrote selection pasting. This should fix garbled
91 incomplete characters at 32k boundaries and too-short INCR
92 selections, and more. Increases memory requirements considerably
93 for large selections, but that seems unavoidable.

101 - added GBK encoding (formidable patch by WU Fengguang).
102 - fixed a bug in the transparency code.
103 - upgraded iom.[Ch].
104 - force slower (but more responsive) transparency update.
105 - fix off-by-one bug with wide characters at the end of a line,
106 which got partially overwritten by spaces.
107 - as xlib is completely broken with respect to utf-8 handling
108 and nobody is going to fix it, that part has been re-implemented.
109 should fix most paste problems between apps that use UTF8 encoding
110 and rxvt running in a lesser-supported locale (thanks to Robin Redeker
111 for writing utf8towcs). Only enabled with ENABLE_FRILLS.
