51 - fixed urxvt::strwidth to calculate width in the same way as screen.C.

77 - INCOMPATIBLE CHANGE: this version will always read ~/.Xdefaults,
78 earlier versions only read it if display-resources (usually from
79 .Xresources) are not set. This avoids the #1 FAQ ("why isn't my
80 resource used") and seems to be logical behaviour, too. .Xdefaults
81 resources have a lower priority than display-specific resources.
82 - add "kuake" perl extension that does a similar thing to the kuake
83 terminal emulator (see man urxtvperl).
84 - use less "correct" color scaling that is compatible with libX11 and
85 Xft (avoids off-by-one colors resulting in striped backgrounds).
86 - the "depth" resource is now respected.
87 - preset the searchable-scrollback pattern with "(?i)" to default search
88 to case-insensitivity. Will automatically be cleared when typing an

119 combination this actually increases xft drawing speed, at the expense
120 of more network bandwidth and slight nausea on the side of the author.
121 - readline perl extension now requires shift-click instead of a normal
122 click, and eats the click.
123 - tabbed perl extension now supports -e.
124 - disabled graphics-exposures on the main drawing GC, report any
125 refresh bugs please.
126 - improve property handling for -pe tabbed: avoid unnecessary property
127 changes (for kde's benefit) at the expense of extra round-trips,

129 - modified XIM according to a patch sent by Takano Akio that sets

278 improved by moving privileged operations into a separate process

281 and gives a much safer feeling when urxvt needs to run with

283 - perl taint checking disabled, as urxvt no longer runs setuid/setgid

356 systems where non-unix ptys were used (such as most BSDs, not
357 GNU/Linux). (found, patched and debugged by Ryan Beasley).
358 - meta8 support was forcefully enabled in most configurations.
