109 - setuid/setgid operation is now _encouraged_: security has been
110 improved by moving privileged operations into a separate process
111 and permanently dropping privileges within the terminal. This
112 makes it possible to remove security checks from the perl code
113 and gives a much safer feeling when urxvt needs to run with
114 special privileges.
115 - perl taint checking disabled, as urxvt no longer runs setuid/setgid

117 - new perl extension automove-background that can be used to get
118 the same effect as pseudo-transparency with any pixmap.

188 systems where non-unix ptys were used (such as most BSDs, not
189 GNU/Linux). (found, patched and debugged by Ryan Beasley).
