56 - fixed urxvt::strwidth to calculate width in the same way as screen.C.
57 - fix a crash caused by passing negative widths to overlay functions.

82 - INCOMPATIBLE CHANGE: this version will always read ~/.Xdefaults,
83 earlier versions only read it if display-resources (usually from
84 .Xresources) are not set. This avoids the #1 FAQ ("why isn't my
85 resource used") and seems to be logical behaviour, too. .Xdefaults
86 resources have a lower priority than display-specific resources.
87 - add "kuake" perl extension that does a similar thing to the kuake
88 terminal emulator (see man urxtvperl).
89 - use less "correct" color scaling that is compatible with libX11 and
90 Xft (avoids off-by-one colors resulting in striped backgrounds).
91 - the "depth" resource is now respected.
92 - preset the searchable-scrollback pattern with "(?i)" to default search
93 to case-insensitivity. Will automatically be cleared when typing an
94 uppercase character.
95 - add FORCE_UNBUFFERED_XFT define to features.h.
96 - re-enabled highlightcolor support with --enable-frills, based on

123 - use double-buffered drawing (xft fonts only). On many driver/hardware
124 combination this actually increases xft drawing speed, at the expense
125 of more network bandwidth and slight nausea on the side of the author.
126 - readline perl extension now requires shift-click instead of a normal
127 click, and eats the click.
128 - tabbed perl extension now supports -e.
129 - disabled graphics-exposures on the main drawing GC, report any
130 refresh bugs please.
131 - improve property handling for -pe tabbed: avoid unnecessary property
132 changes (for kde's benefit) at the expense of extra round-trips,
133 improve size hint setting.
134 - modified XIM according to a patch sent by Takano Akio that sets
135 the preedit rectangle for OverTheSpot, which helps some input methods

282 - setuid/setgid operation is now _encouraged_: security has been
283 improved by moving privileged operations into a separate process
284 and permanently dropping privileges within the terminal. This
285 makes it possible to remove security checks from the perl code
286 and gives a much safer feeling when urxvt needs to run with
287 special privileges.
288 - perl taint checking disabled, as urxvt no longer runs setuid/setgid

290 - new perl extension automove-background that can be used to get
291 the same effect as pseudo-transparency with any pixmap.

358 not correctly updated on the tty device and were left as
359 world-readable and world-writable (likely in original rxvt,
360 too), and were not restored properly. Affected are only
361 systems where non-unix ptys were used (such as most BSDs, not
362 GNU/Linux). (found, patched and debugged by Ryan Beasley).
363 - meta8 support was forcefully enabled in most configurations.
364 restored configurability of this (useless) feature (reported

366 - optionally embed a perl interpreter, which can be used for more
