52 - use double-buffered drawing (xft fonts only). On many driver/hardware
53 combination this actually increases xft drawing speed, at the expense
54 of more network bandwidth and slight nausea on the side of the author.
55 - readline perl extension now requires shift-click instead of a normal
56 click, and eats the click.
57 - tabbed perl extension now supports -e.
58 - disabled graphics-exposures on the main drawing GC, report any
59 refresh bugs please.
60 - improve property handling for -pe tabbed: avoid unnecessary property
61 changes (for kde's benefit) at the expense of extra round-trips,

207 - setuid/setgid operation is now _encouraged_: security has been
208 improved by moving privileged operations into a separate process
209 and permanently dropping privileges within the terminal. This
210 makes it possible to remove security checks from the perl code
211 and gives a much safer feeling when urxvt needs to run with
212 special privileges.
213 - perl taint checking disabled, as urxvt no longer runs setuid/setgid
214 itself.
215 - new perl extension automove-background that can be used to get
216 the same effect as pseudo-transparency with any pixmap.

286 systems where non-unix ptys were used (such as most BSDs, not
287 GNU/Linux). (found, patched and debugged by Ryan Beasley).
288 - meta8 support was forcefully enabled in most configurations.
