84 - setuid/setgid operation is now _encouraged_: security has been
85 improved by moving privileged operations into a separate process
86 and permanently dropping privileges within the terminal. This
87 makes it possible to remove security checks from the perl code
88 and gives a much safer feeling when urxvt needs to run with
89 special privileges.
90 - perl taint checking disabled, as urxvt no longer runs setuid/setgid

92 - new perl extension automove-background that can be used to get
93 the same effect as pseudo-transparency with any pixmap.

163 systems where non-unix ptys were used (such as most BSDs, not
164 GNU/Linux). (found, patched and debugged by Ryan Beasley).
