46 - SECURITY FIX: on systems using openpty, permissions were
47 not correctly updated on the tty device and were left as
48 world-readable and world-writable (likely in original rxvt,
49 too), and were not restored properly. Affected are only
50 systems where non-unix ptys were used (such as most BSDs, not
51 GNU/Linux). (found, patched and debugged by Ryan Beasley).
52 - meta8 support was forcefully enabled in most configurations.

55 - optionally embed a perl interpreter, which can be used for more
