42 - SECURITY FIX: on systems using openpty, permissions were
43 not correctly updated on the tty device and were left as
44 world-readable and world-writable (likely in original rxvt,
45 too), and were not restored properly. Affected are only
46 systems where non-unix ptys were used (such as most BSDs, not
47 GNU/Linux). (found, patched and debugged by Ryan Beasley).
48 - meta8 support was forcefully enabled in most configurations.
49 restored configurability of this (useless) feature (reported
50 by Mikachu).
51 - optionally embed a perl interpreter, which can be used for more
52 intelligent/customized selection support, visual feedback,
53 menus, tabs etc. See the the urxvtperl manpage, the -pe option,
54 perl*-resources and keysym resources. Not everything is there yet.
55 - try to be more clever about differing font sizes and their ascent.
56 Not guarenteed to work, but works better in most cases now.
