63 - setuid/setgid operation is now _encouraged_: security has been
64 improved by moving privileged operations into a separate process
65 and permanently dropping privileges within the terminal. This
66 makes it possible to remove security checks from the perl code
67 and gives a much safer feeling when urxvt needs to run with
68 special privileges.
69 - perl taint checking disabled, as urxvt no longer runs setuid/setgid
70 itself.
71 - new perl extension automove-background that can be used to get
72 the same effect as pseudo-transparency with any pixmap.
