55 - setuid/setgid operation is now _encouraged_: security has been
56 improved by moving privileged operations into a separate process
57 and permanently dropping privileges within the terminal. This
58 makes it possible to remove security checks from the perl code
59 and gives a much safer feeling when urxvt needs to run with
60 special privileges.
61 - perl taint checking disabled, as urxvt no longer runs setuid/setgid
