21 - further improvements to the careful mode detection, and font width
22 detection:
23 - fully double-wide fonts will now be correctly treated,

25 - detect totally broken fonts (usually synthesized by xft).
26 - careful mode forced refresh sometimes clashed with blinking,
27 causing unnecessary screen redraws.
28 - better handling of XFT combining characters.
29 - enable antialiasing for some replacement fonts, as they

31 - remove spacing=100 from all default fonts, as this creates totally
