17 - setuid/setgid operation is now _encouraged_: security has been
18 improved by moving privileged operations into a separate process
19 and permanently dropping privileges within the terminal. This
20 makes it possible to remove security checks from the perl code
21 and gives a much safer feeling when urxvt needs to run with
22 special privileges.
23 - perl taint checking disabled, as urxvt no longer runs setuid/setgid
24 itself.
25 - new perl extension automove-background that can be used to get
26 the same effect as pseudo-transparency with any pixmap.
