20 - setuid/setgid operation is now _encouraged_: security has been
21 improved by moving privileged operations into a separate process
22 and permanently dropping privileges within the terminal. This
23 makes it possible to remove security checks from the perl code
24 and gives a much safer feeling when urxvt needs to run with
25 special privileges.
26 - perl taint checking disabled, as urxvt no longer runs setuid/setgid

28 - new perl extension automove-background that can be used to get
29 the same effect as pseudo-transparency with any pixmap.

95 - SECURITY FIX: on systems using openpty, permissions were
96 not correctly updated on the tty device and were left as
97 world-readable and world-writable (likely in original rxvt,
98 too), and were not restored properly. Affected are only
99 systems where non-unix ptys were used (such as most BSDs, not
100 GNU/Linux). (found, patched and debugged by Ryan Beasley).
