23 - setuid/setgid operation is now _encouraged_: security has been
24 improved by moving privileged operations into a separate process
25 and permanently dropping privileges within the terminal. This
26 makes it possible to remove security checks from the perl code
27 and gives a much safer feeling when urxvt needs to run with
28 special privileges.
29 - perl taint checking disabled, as urxvt no longer runs setuid/setgid
30 itself.
31 - new perl extension automove-background that can be used to get
32 the same effect as pseudo-transparency with any pixmap.
