43 - setuid/setgid operation is now _encouraged_: security has been
44 improved by moving privileged operations into a separate process
45 and permanently dropping privileges within the terminal. This
46 makes it possible to remove security checks from the perl code
47 and gives a much safer feeling when urxvt needs to run with
48 special privileges.
49 - perl taint checking disabled, as urxvt no longer runs setuid/setgid
50 itself.
51 - new perl extension automove-background that can be used to get
52 the same effect as pseudo-transparency with any pixmap.

122 systems where non-unix ptys were used (such as most BSDs, not
123 GNU/Linux). (found, patched and debugged by Ryan Beasley).
