68 - setuid/setgid operation is now _encouraged_: security has been
69 improved by moving privileged operations into a separate process
70 and permanently dropping privileges within the terminal. This
71 makes it possible to remove security checks from the perl code
72 and gives a much safer feeling when urxvt needs to run with
73 special privileges.
74 - perl taint checking disabled, as urxvt no longer runs setuid/setgid
