18 - use double-buffered drawing (xft fonts only). On many driver/hardware
19 combination this actually increases xft drawing speed, at the expense
20 of more network bandwidth and slight nausea on the side of the author.
21 - readline perl extension now requires shift-click instead of a normal
22 click, and eats the click.
23 - tabbed perl extension now supports -e.
24 - disabled graphics-exposures on the main drawing GC, report any
25 refresh bugs please.
26 - improve property handling for -pe tabbed: avoid unnecessary property
27 changes (for kde's benefit) at the expense of extra round-trips,

29 - modified XIM according to a patch sent by Takano Akio that sets

79 - fully double-wide fonts will now be correctly treated,

82 - careful mode forced refresh sometimes clashed with blinking,
83 causing unnecessary screen redraws.
84 - better handling of XFT combining characters.
85 - enable antialiasing for some replacement fonts, as they

87 - remove spacing=100 from all default fonts, as this creates totally
