20 - fully double-wide fonts will now be correctly treated,

24 causing unnecessary screen redraws.

115 - setuid/setgid operation is now _encouraged_: security has been
116 improved by moving privileged operations into a separate process
117 and permanently dropping privileges within the terminal. This
118 makes it possible to remove security checks from the perl code
119 and gives a much safer feeling when urxvt needs to run with
120 special privileges.
121 - perl taint checking disabled, as urxvt no longer runs setuid/setgid

123 - new perl extension automove-background that can be used to get
124 the same effect as pseudo-transparency with any pixmap.

190 - SECURITY FIX: on systems using openpty, permissions were
191 not correctly updated on the tty device and were left as
192 world-readable and world-writable (likely in original rxvt,
193 too), and were not restored properly. Affected are only
194 systems where non-unix ptys were used (such as most BSDs, not
195 GNU/Linux). (found, patched and debugged by Ryan Beasley).
196 - meta8 support was forcefully enabled in most configurations.
197 restored configurability of this (useless) feature (reported
198 by Mikachu).
199 - optionally embed a perl interpreter, which can be used for more
200 intelligent/customized selection support, visual feedback,
