128 improved by moving privileged operations into a separate process

131 and gives a much safer feeling when urxvt needs to run with

206 systems where non-unix ptys were used (such as most BSDs, not
207 GNU/Linux). (found, patched and debugged by Ryan Beasley).
208 - meta8 support was forcefully enabled in most configurations.
