131 - setuid/setgid operation is now _encouraged_: security has been
132 improved by moving privileged operations into a separate process

134 makes it possible to remove security checks from the perl code
135 and gives a much safer feeling when urxvt needs to run with

137 - perl taint checking disabled, as urxvt no longer runs setuid/setgid

211 GNU/Linux). (found, patched and debugged by Ryan Beasley).
