128 - setuid/setgid operation is now _encouraged_: security has been
129 improved by moving privileged operations into a separate process

131 makes it possible to remove security checks from the perl code
132 and gives a much safer feeling when urxvt needs to run with

207 systems where non-unix ptys were used (such as most BSDs, not
208 GNU/Linux). (found, patched and debugged by Ryan Beasley).
