134 - setuid/setgid operation is now _encouraged_: security has been
135 improved by moving privileged operations into a separate process

137 makes it possible to remove security checks from the perl code
138 and gives a much safer feeling when urxvt needs to run with

214 GNU/Linux). (found, patched and debugged by Ryan Beasley).
