25 - use double-buffered drawing (xft fonts only). On many driver/hardware
26 combination this actually increases xft drawing speed, at the expense
27 of more network bandwidth and slight nausea on the side of the author.
28 - readline perl extension now requires shift-click instead of a normal
29 click, and eats the click.
30 - tabbed perl extension now supports -e.
31 - disabled graphics-exposures on the main drawing GC, report any
32 refresh bugs please.
33 - improve property handling for -pe tabbed: avoid unnecessary property
34 changes (for kde's benefit) at the expense of extra round-trips,
35 improve size hint setting.
36 - modified XIM according to a patch sent by Takano Akio that sets
37 the preedit rectangle for OverTheSpot, which helps some input methods

180 - setuid/setgid operation is now _encouraged_: security has been
181 improved by moving privileged operations into a separate process
182 and permanently dropping privileges within the terminal. This
183 makes it possible to remove security checks from the perl code
184 and gives a much safer feeling when urxvt needs to run with
185 special privileges.
186 - perl taint checking disabled, as urxvt no longer runs setuid/setgid
187 itself.
188 - new perl extension automove-background that can be used to get
189 the same effect as pseudo-transparency with any pixmap.
190 - new perl extension example: perl/selection-pastebin, can be used to

258 too), and were not restored properly. Affected are only
259 systems where non-unix ptys were used (such as most BSDs, not
260 GNU/Linux). (found, patched and debugged by Ryan Beasley).
261 - meta8 support was forcefully enabled in most configurations.
262 restored configurability of this (useless) feature (reported

264 - optionally embed a perl interpreter, which can be used for more
