206 - INCOMPATIBLE CHANGE: this version will always read ~/.Xdefaults,
207 earlier versions only read it if display-resources (usually from
208 .Xresources) are not set. This avoids the #1 FAQ ("why isn't my
209 resource used") and seems to be logical behaviour, too. .Xdefaults
210 resources have a lower priority than display-specific resources.
211 - add "kuake" perl extension that does a similar thing to the kuake
212 terminal emulator (see man urxtvperl).
213 - use less "correct" color scaling that is compatible with libX11 and
214 Xft (avoids off-by-one colors resulting in striped backgrounds).
215 - the "depth" resource is now respected.
216 - preset the searchable-scrollback pattern with "(?i)" to default search
217 to case-insensitivity. Will automatically be cleared when typing an
218 uppercase character.
219 - add FORCE_UNBUFFERED_XFT define to features.h.

247 - use double-buffered drawing (xft fonts only). On many driver/hardware
248 combination this actually increases xft drawing speed, at the expense
249 of more network bandwidth and slight nausea on the side of the author.
250 - readline perl extension now requires shift-click instead of a normal
251 click, and eats the click.
252 - tabbed perl extension now supports -e.
253 - disabled graphics-exposures on the main drawing GC, report any
254 refresh bugs please.
255 - improve property handling for -pe tabbed: avoid unnecessary property

269 - fix a with --disable-xft that caused xfreecolors to be called on
270 colors never allocated, resulting in aborts (reported by Paco-Paco).

406 - setuid/setgid operation is now _encouraged_: security has been
407 improved by moving privileged operations into a separate process
408 and permanently dropping privileges within the terminal. This
409 makes it possible to remove security checks from the perl code
410 and gives a much safer feeling when urxvt needs to run with
411 special privileges.
412 - perl taint checking disabled, as urxvt no longer runs setuid/setgid
413 itself.
414 - new perl extension automove-background that can be used to get
415 the same effect as pseudo-transparency with any pixmap.
