213 - INCOMPATIBLE CHANGE: this version will always read ~/.Xdefaults,
214 earlier versions only read it if display-resources (usually from
215 .Xresources) are not set. This avoids the #1 FAQ ("why isn't my
216 resource used") and seems to be logical behaviour, too. .Xdefaults
217 resources have a lower priority than display-specific resources.
218 - add "kuake" perl extension that does a similar thing to the kuake
219 terminal emulator (see man urxtvperl).
220 - use less "correct" color scaling that is compatible with libX11 and
221 Xft (avoids off-by-one colors resulting in striped backgrounds).
222 - the "depth" resource is now respected.
223 - preset the searchable-scrollback pattern with "(?i)" to default search
224 to case-insensitivity. Will automatically be cleared when typing an
225 uppercase character.

255 combination this actually increases xft drawing speed, at the expense
256 of more network bandwidth and slight nausea on the side of the author.
257 - readline perl extension now requires shift-click instead of a normal
258 click, and eats the click.
259 - tabbed perl extension now supports -e.
260 - disabled graphics-exposures on the main drawing GC, report any
261 refresh bugs please.
262 - improve property handling for -pe tabbed: avoid unnecessary property

413 - setuid/setgid operation is now _encouraged_: security has been
414 improved by moving privileged operations into a separate process
415 and permanently dropping privileges within the terminal. This
416 makes it possible to remove security checks from the perl code
417 and gives a much safer feeling when urxvt needs to run with
418 special privileges.
419 - perl taint checking disabled, as urxvt no longer runs setuid/setgid

421 - new perl extension automove-background that can be used to get
422 the same effect as pseudo-transparency with any pixmap.
